My name is Kate and I am a 19 year old student at NIU. I love taking classes that my bank is paying for. I work during the day as a bank teller and have a boyfriend, so I am not writing this as a personal add or anything like that. I am taking a writing class, as my bank supervisor suggested that it is very important to be able to write properly, and thought this would possibly be a good way to work on my communications skills.

I love going on trips with my boyfriend and sometimes with my parents. My mom has always been a housewife. My father has worked as a machinist for just about my whole life. Although he hates his job, it pays okay and I he will be eligible to retire soon. I have 2 older sisters, one who is in school and one who is married with a baby girl, Sara. Sara is the most beautiful little girl, she will have her first birthday next month and I am really excited about it. I have already started shopping for her.

I like to talk, but I am not sure how good I will be at writing my thoughts, I guess we will just have to wait and see how I do.
